The flagship product Nativ is the Cru “Eremo San Quirico”, from Aglianico grapes grown in a small piece of very old vineyard, located in the municipality of Taurasi, where they produce few grapes of the highest quality. The grapes for the production of this Cru, are harvested by hand and transported in small 20 kg boxes, are pressed and pressed for about 20 days in stainless steel silos, at the end of fermentation, the wine obtained is separated from the skins of grapes and put to refine in new French oak barrels of 2.25 hl for a period of about 18 months.

The wine is so concentrated, with a dense and creamy palate, with hints of ripe red fruits and spicy notes, to be combined with sauces, game and aged cheeses. The cultivation area of ​​the “25 rare” is located in the municipality of tufo and in the municipality of towers where the company owns about 5 hectares of land, the land is rich in minerals, and in particular calcium carbonate, the aging it takes place in steel followed by a short wooden passage.
The wine obtained is the result of the best selections of greco di tufo, fresh, velvety, with mineral notes and hints of peach and hawthorn, excellent accompaniment to crustaceans, molluscs, blue cheeses. great attention to the two docg campane in the category of whites, the fragrant Fiano di Avellino, rich in history, in fact we refer to Pliny the old the name “Fiano” due to “Apiane grapes”, particularly loved by bees because very sweet wine straw-yellow with a characteristic hint of hazelnut and apricot, in the mouth it is soft, excellent to accompany aperitifs, white meats

The greco di tufo, is a wine produced with the grapes of the “Greek grape” corresponding to the “aminea gemina”, originally from Thessaly. It was imported into Campania by the Pelagi family, initially spread in the province of Naples, and subsequently in some areas of the province of Avellino, in particular tuff, whose sulfur-rich soil was particularly suitable for the cultivation of this vine.

It is a product of incomparable typicality, with a dry and harmonious flavor, and with the scent reminiscent of peach and almond. The Falanghina Beneventano IGT is a vigorous wine, with long pruning, depending on the environment in which it is cultivated, it can acquire high levels of sugar and medium high levels of quality, balanced and harmonious, fresh and fruity with floral hints.
The Taurasi DOCG, a precious vine from Southern Italy, is part of the production of red wines, which acquires structure and harmony with the ani, thanks also to the acidity and complexity of the tannins. A wine with a persistent scent, with hints of berries and cherry, also proposed in the reserve version. Irpinia Aglianico DOC, aged in steel with a subsequent passage in French oak barriques for 12 months, of an intense ruby ​​color with varietal notes of black cherry, with a dry and harmonious flavor. Finally, an Aglianico IGT, with a ruby ​​color, fresh, with a balanced aftertaste and pleasant cherry notes. An excellent combination with Mediterranean cuisine.
To complete, a rosé of aglianico that contains the freshness of white and the consistency of young red, of an intense pink color. On the nose it is fruity, on the palate soft. A wine with varied combinations, from appetizers, to meats, to fish.
