Wine produced from Aglianico grape. The name originates from one of the streets of the village near to Nativ cellar.
The popular tradition tells that the French troops honored madams with roses during their passage in Paternopoli.

WINEMAKING Cold pre-maceration. Grape skins maceration on  for about
  2 days. Fermentation with starter of selected yeasts,
  partial malolactic.
FINING Steel
ALCOHOL 13,5 % vol.
FOOD MATCHING White meat, pasta, fish, meat, cheese.
SERVING TEMPERATURE 10-12°
CHARACTERISTIC Deep pink color with aromas of flowers and cherries.
  The taste is rich, full-bodied, fresh and persuasive.
